We are highly knowledgeable about the top 9 allergens and beyond. We are well versed in specific dietary needs, such as Low-FODMAP, Paleo, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetic Needs, Keto, DASH, and the Dr Weil Anti Inflammatory Diets. If you have a food allergy not listed on the order form, please include that information in the “notes section” of the form and we will contact you about cakes that we can adapt for you!

Yes! We are a Peanut-Free kitchen. (We have a separate oven and separate storage for anything containing other nuts as well.)
How do I transport the cake?
FLAT! In a floorboard. Not in a seat.
COOL! No heat blowing on it or sun blazing on it
SLOW! Your cake is secure. However, it is still a cake. You will want to take speedbumps very easy and all turns and stops easy. Pretend you have a large pot of soup with no lid in your floorboard. Like that! :)
How do I store my cake before cutting?
Once your cake is picked up or delivered, store it in the refrigerator. This ensures the frosting stays in place and keeps its structure. Remove from the fridge an hour-1.5hrs before serving - cakes should only ever be served at room temperature. Give it enough time to come to room temp - you’ll enjoy your cake much more.
Do you do custom flavors?
For a small fee, yes! Custom flavors require testing and time. Anything is possible and custom flavors are fun to do, where budget and time allow.
Will you copy a reference picture?
No. A cake by another cake maker is that artist’s intellectual property. If you have a mood board, or a reference photo for a general style, we are very open to designing in a direction that aligns with our aesthetic.

Short answer - Yes!
Long answer - We use only organic, non-toxic, and edible florals like tulips, dahlias, magnolias, pansies, roses, chamomile, marigolds, snapdragons, lavender, etc, etc). However, many are not necessarily palatable and not intended to be eaten. They are intended for aesthetics.
